24-hour processing

Paid orders are processed and prepared for shipment within one business day.

Flat-rate shipping

A simple $5.99 flat shipping rate per order, anywhere in the continental US.

3–5 business days

Typical delivery window within the continental United States after dispatch.

Protective packaging

Vials are packed to resist breakage and protect product integrity in transit.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment being confirmed on your invoice. Orders placed over weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping rates & delivery

We charge a flat $5.99 shipping fee per order, regardless of quantity, anywhere in the continental United States. Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch. We currently ship within the United States only.

Packaging

All vials are individually sealed and packed in protective, temperature-conscious packaging designed to prevent breakage and maintain product integrity during transit.

Returns & damaged orders

Because our products are sterile research-use supplies, we cannot accept returns of opened items. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund. Please keep the packaging and, if possible, include a photo of any damage.
